There are activities for everyone who wants to be social.  We publish a monthly calendar FULL of activities ranging from card games to Country and Western Music & Dancing.

• Enhance Fitness - M,W,F; 8:30-9:30am
• Enhance Fitness - M,T,Th; 5:30-6:30pm
• Tai Chi - T-Th; 8:30-9:30am
• Aerobics (no impact) - T, F; 9:30-10am
• Walking in the "Muni" - M-F; 8am-3:00pm

Gospel Singing - Tues & Fri at 10:30am

Heartland Mini Health Check - Tues 9:30-1100

C&W Music & Dancing - Tues & Thur, 1:00-2:30

BINGO - 2nd & 4th Fridays from 1:00-3:00

Cards, Dominoes and Billiards - all day M-F

...and Woodcarving, Quilting, Cool Collars, and Community meetings: Diamond K Kiwanis, OSU Extension Senior Nutrition Program, AARP Defensive Driving, Daughters of the American Revolution, Spinning Spools Quilting Guild. 

We also offer special monthly programs and flu shot clinics in the fall.
